Draw OOP with capped Range

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (4 Players) BB: $25.00 (Hero)
CO: $30.25
BN: $25.00
SB: $20.10
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is BB with Q K
CO raises to $0.75, BN calls $0.75, SB calls $0.65, Hero calls $0.50
Flop ($3.00) J T 5
SB checks, Hero checks, CO bets $1.43, BN folds, SB folds, Hero calls $1.43
Turn ($5.86) J T 5 8
Hero checks, CO bets $3.50, Hero folds
Final Pot CO wins $5.60
Rake is $0.26

Preflop I sometimes sqeeze especially because of the weaker Player in the SB but I don't want to go too crazy too often.

I have some trouble approaching these spots postflop. On the flop we could go for a raise but cannot really rep much. We would raise maybe JTs and 55 but that's about it. On the turn we have the same problem (just Q9 isn't a lot of combos compared to the rest of our range) and can't really call because on most rivers we have to check/fold or are in a very difficult spot with just one pair for example.

How do you play your Draws out of position when you can't really play them aggressively?
