Double pair OTT facing a raise vs wide 3bettor

BN: $22.82
SB: $41.13
BB: $37.93
UTG: $7.60
HJ: $25.79 (Hero)
CO: $27.69
Villian is a 28/16 with Total 3bet of 11% and 9.5%. Does anyone know how to set HUD in HM2 to display 3bets position vs position... Well in this case I only had 175 hands, his W$SD is 73%, so this means he is rarely going to Sd without a nutted range? Also has a WTSD of 31, this means he goes very few times to SD and also I believe mean a stronger range by being less times? Hope you can help me with this inquiries guys .

Well I started to think in a range like AQs+ KQs+ TT+ to defend calling, what do you think?
Do you think its necessary a 4bet fold range with some blockers AJo-AQo , KQo some A2s-A5s?

So with A9s I think Im being dominated many times when regarding to TP or double pairs , maybe only have suitedness properties.

Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 9 A
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.75, CO folds, BN folds, SB raises to $2.15, BB folds, Hero calls $1.50
Flop ($4.75) Q 9 4 (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $2.26, SB calls $2.26
Bet when a wide range like Kx, Ax folds and maybe some TT,JJ also.
I expect to get called by many AQ,KQ, JT and JQ that could 3bet.
Turn ($9.27) A (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $6.60, SB raises to $16.50, SB calls $4.78
Now many FD with one pair and AQ come to my mind, also some AT+ that may have floated. But when raises I also start thinking about my initial assumption of a SB vs MP 3bet range, and FD + pair or AT+ seems too optimistic, even Im behind AQ, do you bet/fold here?
River ($37.15) 6 (2 Players)

A final thought: I think that when comes to analyze like this type of hands where I have a strong hand, true!, but against what possible holdings of my opponent ? When looking his 3bet range in Sb, the hands that continue in that flop and the uncommon bluffing spot it might be for this stake in the x/r turn, I have to understand that Im not playing with my hand alone but against a range which I want to take profit from worst hands, basic things that if I could remember (and sometimes my intuition tells me) I can take better decision when I dont have enough info to justify another line, maybe sometimes I find worst hands but happens the same times as when I badbeat someone.
