Hello,

I noticed on several cash game pro videos the strategy of donk betting the turn as the caller when the middle cards pairs the board on the turn given that it is advantaging the caller's range and it allows him to protect the equity of his weaker hands like Ace high or low pp.

However, I was wondering if this strategy was still relevant in a 3bet pot given that we maybe have more middling cards than the bettor in our range but he has way MORE overpairs than us.

Here is a hand I played that puzzled me.

Before speaking about the whole hand, I would like to know if you think that my turn donk lead is relevant or not and if a donk turn leading range is relevant in 3bet pot.

Thanks guys !

Edit : I realized my HH wasn't a very good picture of these spots so I want to give you another example : In a 3-bet pot, flop comes AQx, Vilain cbets and Hero calls, turn Q.
Here we would clearly have a range advantage with all the KQo/Qx suited and eventually QJoff in our range. Does it make sense to donk lead small with our whole range or big with a polarized range of bluffs/Qx ?
