Live $1/$2 nl he
Hero and villain both have stacks of about $300, no info on villian since it was early in the session but he seemed like he knew what he was doing
Preflop: UTG raises to $12, Hero calls with KhQc (another LP calls)
Flop ($39): Q25ss, Villian bets $20, Hero raises to $60, LP folds
Turn ($159): 5s, Villian bets $75, Hero calls
River ($309): 8c Villian checks, Hero Checks
Hero wins pot with two pair, Queens and Fives, King kicker.
I thought the raise on the flop was kind of bad because he can definitely have AQ but idk. His preflop open was a little big which is why i called (not raised), and reason I raised flop was because he was c-betting a lot and spades were there. The lead on the turn almost made me fold because 1.) the spade came and 2.) most guys at 1/2 live dont play that strong of a line with just top pair after getting raised. I guess my question is how often do u guys think im beat? Do I ever shove river? Do I ever call a shove on river?
Btw, he showed QJ right before he mucked.
