Does a BTN Minraise shrink our 3-betting range in the following way?

Hands likes K5s now have less incentive to 3-bet in the sense that they are priced in through pure pot odds.  Should some hands that were 3-bets to a 3X open now become calls?  If so, what does this do to our 3-betting range since gets a great price to call?
