Defending spot on turn 3 ways. Live NLHE

Blinds 10/20, full ring 10 handed.

I open JJ from utg +1 to $60, tight solid reg calls,a loose co player calls and bb(fish) calls.

Flop 9 3 4 rainbow(pot $260), i bet $150, tight reg calls, co calls and bb folded

Turn 9 3 4 2 still rainbow(pot $710), i check, tight reg checks and co bets $450. What's my line here?

Some reads about the loose player on co. He overcalls and limps a lot whenever the fish is in the pot and he plays pretty aggressive in spots where he has a chance to take initiative. Prior to this hand where i folded A6dd utg,he called a raise from a tight reg, fish calls. On a board of k 3 8 ddd board, he bets big on flop, reg check calls and he proceeds to barrel big on turn. Pretty sure he overplay hands and he likes to represent a lot of hands.

Do we still need to defend here with over pairs from JJ - AA? What shall we do on various bricks?

Anyway i called the bet.

River 9 3 4 2 9 i check and he bets $650. Don't think i can beat any hands here and he might cluelessly bet a 9 on the turn which is an easily value bet on river. Even with this sizing, i doubt he is making a nonsensical bet with air.
