Villain 3bet vs MP 8-10%, flop cbet 79 turn 50 river 100 on 1.8k hands. The problem here is that if I fold, I fold all my range except 55 and 1010 and maybe JJ. So I think Im forced to call but they often show up with better. My range for calling the 3bet here is JJ-, AQ-. Is there something I should do to enhance my range, or just fold (or raise) the flop because I will be barreled a lot ?

Villain has a 20-25% 3bet against BTN, flop cbet 90 turn 50 river 75 on ~750 hands. We have ~40% equity against his range and some backdoors to the nuts. How do we continue ?
