What's your default play on a flop like this?
This is board that we're going to c/r a lot, and Top pair/FD, BDSD is near the top of our range.
On the downside, we cannot fold to a jam or 3-bet, but we'll be a dog to his stack-off range.
I think check-raising and getting it in is best. We crush a bunch of his hands, and even against the top of range, we have nearly 50% equity.
Combine that with all the folds, check-raising is clearly the better play with 100BB effective, right?
His stack-off range probably looks like:
AK (8)
76s (4)
KK (1)
AA (6)
AhXh (8)
KQ (8)
FD
Some hands that make no sense
Once he jams, I think he has AK nearly every time.
