Clubs misses and I'm beating AK on the river, that's about it. What would you on this river? I'm folding one pair hands but I'm not ready to fold 2 pair.

Hi Lastgamer9
KQ is going to end up being very close to the strongest hand we get here with, we would need a strong read on our opponent to consider folding this one. I think we are beating quite a few more hands than just AK as you mentioned, I think KT, K8s, K7s(depending on how wide our opponent raises the CO), as well as hands like 87s can all conceivably play this way(albeit this would be very thin for 87s and AK). As you pointed out we beat many missed club draws as well as hands like 65s, T9s, A9 which I expect our opponent to barrel off with on what is a v.good runout for him. On top of this, at these stakes I would make a loose assumption that our opponent shows up with all kinds of random misplayed hands which adds to the ev of our hand.
Cheers.
Dzięki Krzysztof, Villain ended up winning the hand with A6hh and I never expected him to have this kind of hand.
Why not?
It really isn't a great spot because it's hard for villain to find enough bluffs on this runout, but I guess we have to call at NL2 (enough spew/merge value).
Small note, I highly doubt that AK close to pots the river on this runout.
Yeah, that makes sense. I wouldn't bet AK in his position either.
