CREV simulation strange results

Hello, i decided to try and make a crev simulation of a hand i saw in a video here http://www.runitonce.com/nlhe/hudson24/ at 5:00 on the right table.

Basically it went like this:

I assigned villain (CO) a fairly loose preflop range of calling BU 3bet:

I think our range (BU) is well defined after checking back this flop as weak showdown value:

Then i assigned a turn range for CO when he bets:

Which gives 52% of the time for a turn betting frequency

And hero calls 69.7% of the time:

Then i just assumed for my first sim that villain never bluffs the river with air and never value bets thin. So every time he bets he has a hand that beats 100% of hero's range (except for A5s).

And i have hero calling river with ">=tp" which  is top pair or better.

A4 and A3 should be a losing call right? A5 is losing to the majority of hands. Why are those numbers for ev positive? And anybody knows what those numbers actually mean (25.62, 8.8)?
