C/R "bluff" river with showdown value

BN: $514.60
SB: $324.05
BB: $963.05
UTG: $1058.20
HJ: $465.25 (Hero)
CO: $241.25
Rush poker. Opponent is 27/19/8% 3 bet preflop and doesn't fold very often to cbets.
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A 2
UTG folds, Hero raises to $6, CO folds, BN calls $6, SB folds, BB folds
Flop ($15.00) 2 Q 4 (2 Players)
Hero bets $12, BN raises to $37, Hero calls $25
I float the flop because he isn't repping much and I have some equity if behind. I can probably steal the pot if the turn is checked through.
Turn ($89.00) 2 Q 4 3 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN checks
I can't see him checking back a flush on the turn after building a pot on the flop.
River ($89.00) 2 Q 4 3 5 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $53.40, Hero raises to $250
When he bets the river I think he likely has air or we are chopping so I shove to try and fold him off the chop.

I'm having a hard time finding Ax hands for him to have here so idk if you need to go for it. Maybe he has A3s or AcJx but those are only 6 combos and I can see AcJx betting the turn at least sometimes. The thing that makes me torn though is that flushes and 6x hands seem really rare for him too so it could be a free roll which is really sweet.

Despite not thinking he ever has a flush here there may be some tiny chance if he got to the river with a small or medium flush he might fold it on the river to a big c/r. Extremely unlikely I know but perhaps a very slight chance of it.

I think you should probably just fold the flop with your hand. You should expect him to be lots of turns after raising the flop and you can't continue on very many of them at all. On the river, I would like it if you didn't have a hand that's good enough to call with but given your hand a call looks good.

I think a fold on the flop is in order here. That being said given that he doesnt bet the turn himself you could turn your hand into a bluff right then and there and bet turn and shove river and try to get him to fold good Queens or even sets (with card removal only 444 is left though). Then again he might just have realized he hit his hand and doesnt wanna bet his flush for whatever reason.

Your river jam looks like spew to me. You cant rep very much when the turn checked through and you will run into better than chop hands here quite a bit.
