CPFR KJo bvb, raise cbet KT3tt bet/fold turn 7 (Same villain 'R' 1:45am)
CO: $95.92
BN: $50
SB: $53.49
BB: $50 (Hero)
HJ: $34.79
BN: $50
SB: $53.49
BB: $50 (Hero)
HJ: $34.79
Stats pasted in comments. For the most part his stats seem reasonable. I don't have any reads yet ( but will have plenty to go on in 5 minutes..)
Preflop
($0.75)
(5 Players)
Hero was dealt
K
J
HJ folds, CO folds, BN folds, SB raises to $1.25, Hero calls $1
HJ folds, CO folds, BN folds, SB raises to $1.25, Hero calls $1
Flop
($3.00)
3
K
T
(2 Players)
SB bets $1,
Hero raises to $3.50,
SB calls $2.50
So this cbet sizing seems odd from the regular and immediately i thought he was inducing AND yet i raise anyway - reverting back to my absolute hand strength. I'm not sure if i'm reading into his bet sizing too much OR i've actually made a really good read and just didn't execute the hand properly - by playing my hand slower.
Turn
($10.00)
7
(2 Players)
SB checks,
Hero bets $6.50,
SB raises to $14.75,
Hero folds
At the back of my mind was his weak flop cbet sizing (which i read as strong given he isn't making these kind of cbet sizes) so i decided to take a bet/fold line and stick to the plan.
Final Pot
SB
wins $21.85
