Could I have gotten more value here by just flatting his donk? Villain's range is pretty wide here. He's playing 25/10/4.6 over 125 hands and has folded to cbets 0/3 times. He does not like folding, so I thought he might stay in with a raise here with most of his range. He also only has a fold to 3-bet 50% of the time. His range here is pretty weak most of the time, maybe a queen, FD, a weak A, KK, JJ, TT (sometimes a set, but a lot less likely than these hands) but I'm not sure he'd continue OTF to a raise will a lot of that. What do you guys think?

First thought would be to 3bet less. Given stack sizes a min raise would work if it's true he doesn't like to fold. This would make the SPR<1 and if he's aggressive enough or just frustrated might shove any turn with a lot of his range.
Looking at his position and pfr I would guess he either hit the A, the Q, or has a pp.
If he has AJ he might even 4bet AI if he thinks you'll fold or if he's just fishy. Either way, you could bet 1/3 pot on turn and still be able to get it in on the river although the sooner the better given possible draws that might scare him or you away from putting more money in the pot.
