The 3bet preflop is perfectly fine especially given his Fto3bet of 50. You do it with position, and it's a great iso spot.
I was unsure about the post flop play, so I ran it through pokerstove. Because of his call, I think it's safe to assume he would play a range of TT+,22,AJs,KQs,KcJc,KdJd,KsJs,QcJc,QdJd,QsJs,Q9s,JTs,9h8h,9h7h,8h7h,AJo,KJo+,QJo,JTo the same way. Against that range, you have 41% equity, but that doesn't take into count all the combos he folds when you shove. (AK,AQ, random straight draws, bluffs, etc.)
I don't think this was a bad play, but it's a high variance one, so you have to eat a few losses to make profit in the long run.
Played perfectly. We can never fold or just call his flop c-raise with the amount of money in the middle. His AF is also pretty high, and vs a villian like this there is no other play.
