Villain was 24/14 over 1K hands.

I raised standard 4x pre with Aces and get two calls. Flop doesn't hit me at all but I'm pretty happy with my Aces so decide to go for check raise, one villain calls my checkraise.
I'm worried about sets here, possibly a FD or a SD, turn completes his SD and he makes a small 1/3 pot bet (no reads on this but seems a bit of a weak old blocking bet) I call and it ends up he has KK.
I wouldn't have put him on KK pre as he didn't 3bet me. I was hoping he had maybe 1010 or 99, a missed FD, can't really put him on much else I beat, think sets are a lot in his range though as well as say 910s
What do you think of my play? I think my call on the turn was ok given his weak bet but checkraise on flop a bit marginal. Thanks
