Ive been trying to work on poker math to help strengthen my preflop game a lot more recently but still struggle with some probably basic concepts. I've been trying to construct some 3bet ranges for typical scenarios against different player types.

I think my F3B and F4B stats are too high and are a leak. 

So say the CO who has a 60% F3B opens 3bb and Im in the SB and I 3bet. What should be our range and ratio of bluffs to value hands in that range in order to be balanced? or just not exploited. 

Can someone help explain the math for this as well pls?
