Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has Kc Kh
Hero raises to 3 BB, MP calls 3 BB, fold, fold, fold, fold
Flop : (7.4 BB, 2 players) 8h 6s Qd
Hero bets 5 BB - Standard Cbet here
,MP raises to 12 BB, Hero calls 7 BB - This is where I get lost, what can villain be repping? 88, 66, QQ? I don't think these hands are likely to raise on such a dry board. I suppose he could overvalue AQ or KQ?
I decide to just call to keep all his bluffs and worse hands if he has any. Only J10 and 79 really have equity.
Turn : (31.4 BB, 2 players) 9c
Hero checks, MP bets 20 BB, Hero calls 20 BB
when I take the passive line I suppose I have to just call here?
River : (71.4 BB, 2 players) 3c
Hero checks, MP bets 72 BB, fold
Vs overbet is usually nutted so I fold with my 1 pair hand.
MP wins 68.2 BB
I feel the mistake I made is on the flop, just I just check/call. or just rip it in with KK?
