Common Tough Spots (UTG call vs 3bet)

BN: $14.29
SB: $30.04
BB: $13.90
UTG: $25.78 (Hero)
HJ: $16
CO: $28.30
I posted a similar hand a week or two ago but I am still finding these spots very tough.
Let's assume Villian is a standard unknown reg in the Zoom field.
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt T T J J Q Q
Hero raises to $0.75, HJ folds, CO raises to $2.25, BN folds, SB folds, BB folds, Hero calls $1.50
We open TT-QQ and flat a 3-Bet OOP.
Flop ($4.85) 2 4 K (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO bets $2.50, Hero calls $2.50
The flop comes with an overcard to our pocket pairs, either Kx or Ax and we face a cbet.
Turn ($9.85) 2 4 K 2 (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO checks
River ($9.85) 2 4 K 2 7 (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO bets $5

I see this b/x/b line so frequently as of late and it puts me in very annoying bluff catching spots.
I am never sure what to do with TT-QQ.

I rarely see a worse hand when I call the river against this line at NL25 Zoom.

I think QQ is usually a call, but maybe it is close or not at all?
TT-JJ I dont know.. it feels like 'close your eyes and click call' spot AKA just guess and hope I am good.

What is the best play with each part of our range {TT, JJ, QQ}?
