Common Spot: Top Pair in 3B Pot CO vs BTN

Villian is 19/16/49/11% 3bet
3bets CO: 20% (27 hand sample)
WWSF 61%
Cbetting 100% (8 samples) in 3 bet pots
No info on Turn cbet %

I felt my hand was too strong to fold and not enough information on his 4bet call/5bet info to 4bet.

BB: $20.30 (101.5 bb)
UTG: $20 (100 bb)
MP: $24.95 (124.7 bb)
Hero (CO): $20 (100 bb)
BTN: $21.49 (107.5 bb)
SB: $34.64 (173.2 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Js Ad
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.60, BTN raises to $1.80, 2 folds, Hero calls $1.20

Flop: ($3.90) 3d 6h Ah (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $2.60, Hero calls $2.60

Turn: ($9.10) 7d (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $5, Hero calls $5

River: ($19.10) 6s (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $12.09

I think my hand is really face up as Ax/AJ/AQ here as it's hard for me to show up with anything else on the river OOP.
I am not too surprised that he shoves river as I would expect him to barrel all his missed flush draws.

But when my hand is face up as Ax how likely is it that he is shoving a worse hand here?
I don't know too much about his postflop game except he is very loose 3 better preflop.

Is my preflop call okay and should we never be folding this on the river?
