Common Flop Spot

SB: $1,088.40 (181.4 bb)
BB: $609 (101.5 bb)
Hero (UTG): $676.61 (112.8 bb)
MP: $708.48 (118.1 bb)
CO: $688 (114.7 bb)
BTN: $609 (101.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Qd Ad
Hero raises to $18, MP calls $18, 3 folds, BB calls $12

Flop: ($57) Kc 8c Qs (3 players)
BB checks

So this spot is pretty common yet I think it's hard to have an overall game plan. Both villains are good regs. In this hand, MP was a laggy 31/21 reg while BB was 26/20.

I don't really like check/calling this drawey of a board 3way and it leaves our range capped vs aggro villains. MP's range does include the few combos of AK and KQ as well as a bunch of draws. If I bet and get called by either player, I face a turn decision where I'm either value towning myself a bunch with a bet or checking against an uncapped range and letting villain(s) play perfectly against me.

Could flop just be a check/fold?

Thoughts on an overall game plan are much appreciated.

No x/c seems standard to me. First of all it's 3way, it's kinda hard for one of those guys to just run over the two others and printing money meanwhile on a drawy board that's going change to have changed a bunch of times on the river. It isn't like exactly the same as multiway but a fish, but you have to play somehow honest, and when you two work as a team defending vs the other guy you are probably doing just fine.

You should ask yourself what run outs your are afraid of getting overran on, what's your range int his spot, what hands can you add to your x/c-range preventing villain from run you over. To me it looks like you're not going to have a hard time defending on this board. Hits your range quite well and you could x/c loads a bunch of flushdraws like Qxcc, some kx etc.

My tribulation probably stems from not developing a balanced checking range in this spot. I do check/call AQ as a standard along with AQcc,QJcc, and QTcc. But I still feel like I'm going to be left open to villains barreling me off of my check/calling range often since I'll still have a flush on any turn or rivered club so rarely with only 3 combos.

In MP's spot, a turned club, J, T, or 9 is much better for his range than mine and I'm not sure what to do about it so I'm not blown off 95% of my holdings by the river vs aggro regs...

I suppose I could add in KK/JTcc type hands if I really think villain is aggro enough to go crazy vs my flop check but at the same time I still think it's losing me some value 3way since the BB is in the pot too.

I would rather add like some random Axcc to my checking range than adding straight+flushdraws into my checking range. They are quite underestimated as x/c imo on a board like this.

i think its prty interesting how you wanna build your c/c range. what strong hands do we want to have in there?
that said. what worse hands are we rly worried about villain just loling and blowing you away with?

I guess like JTs, T9s, ATs, and AJs are all decent candidates for villain to fire 2-3 barrels with when I check depending on how the board runs out.

yea that makes some sense....i guess we need to play a mixed strategy with hands like kkk qqq 888 and kq (if we open that utg, i go back and forth) and bet some % of the time and check some %
so like as long as we choose to put those nutted type hands in our checking range otf from time to time then villain will have a prty hard time just spewing it off
what you think op?

What about AcKx as a check/call here? On the other hand, it'd be nice to have it in our CB and turn club XC range. I'm just guessing though
