Combo draw vs surprising turn raise

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (4 Players) BN: $49.75
SB: $47.75
BB: $51.69 (Hero)
CO: $108.57
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BB with J T
CO raises to $1.50, 2 folds, Hero calls $1.00
Flop ($3.25) 7 2 8
Hero checks, CO checks
Turn ($3.25) 7 2 8 3
Hero bets $2.50, CO raises to $10.00

Villain in this hand was 24/15 over 104 hands, seemed to be playing TAG style, hadn't seen him get out of hand anywhere.

Not exactly sure what range to put him on for checking back the flop and raising the turn, but seems like either exactly 33, something slowplayed on the flop, or a combo draw (less likely since I have Tc). His raise on the turn was almost instant, which lead me to weight value significantly more than usual (which would be pretty high already). Therefore, I don't think I have enough fold equity to semibluff shove the combodraw.

Plan to call turn and donk a club or 9? I would probably bet really large with the 9 since I could rep missed FD but would have to bet smaller with a club river. Thoughts? Thanks!
