Check/Jam turn vs polarization?

Villain is LAG reg. 27/23/11. Player pool tends to polarize very hard so I think his value range is actually quite thin here - that's why you see me call turn, as I think I am ahead most times. I regretted calling after I called, because I felt like he will sometimes realize equity or win with hands like this, blockers.
