I'm wondering if CBetting (say 60% pot) is the best play in this spot.
By CBetting we can charge FDs, OESDs & GSs (but may end up playing turn & river oop vs bu who we then have to hope will Check down busted draws)
I feel like if we Check, we need to Check/Fold & I'm trying to figure out what's the best play
Conclusion?
Maybe vs. aggressive opponents, we need to Check/Fold because we just end up losing more $ by getting raised OTF or by getting bluffed on a later street
Vs. passive opponents, maybe a Bet to 60% is best?

I would check here, I dont think its worth betting vs 2 people on a super coordinated board with 3rd pair to try and potentially protect my equity the times I am ahead.
I would check and evaluate based on what happens
mehh 3way QTx gonna hit them soooooo much think of all the offsuit broadways, thats allot of combos. We have poor equity def x/ hope to got to SD and win or something.
True. Against 2 players with a range of JJ-22,AQs-A5s,K9s+,Q8s+,J8s+,T8s+,98s,87s,76s,65s,AQo-ATo,KTo+,QTo+,JTo, we are 23% equity.
Against 1 player with that range we are 44% equity however.
New Question: should we CBet 60% if we were just vs. the BU?
Against one opponent, I think a standard 2/3 pot c-bet is good because it charges the draws and protects our hand from overcards. Versus two opponents, it is too thin because it is very likely one player has a pair that beats our nines (as your calculations show).
I agree with modernbuddha. Against one opponent, CBet 2/3 will take it down a decent amount of time. If called, evaluate on the turn. If opponent raises, I'll most likely fold. We are either dominated or don't have that much equity, especially if his draws have an A. K, or J.
