Cash games are dying

Recently I have read that cash games are slowly dying and practice you have to put to master your game to NL100 is incredible hard, but in the end you have to work harder because games are tougher. If someone want to become NL100 grinder would you recommend that path? Do you agree that cash games are reg fest and nothing seem to become softer?

Yes games getting tougher every month. Have some weak seasons (like December-January, September) however overall you need to put studies to have solid winrate at nl100.
If we talking about 100z it is not only smart opponents but big rake and tight game in general (from recs)

If you really want it, you will do it. You also have to take into account your motivation in the process, it’s very important.
So definitely possible, but yes, the game is tougher and tougher in CG.

It’s « easier » in mtts of course, but it’s not a format for everybody,
