Hey Zx, it seems like you are new to RIO, so welcome to the community! From what it sounds like, you need to do a lot of work on the mental side of your game. Learning to accept variance is an essential part of playing winning poker. Sometimes your opponent will have just a single card to beat you, and they will get it. If you check out some of the mental game content here, you'll learn that this is actually what makes poker profitable!

Think of it this way, you wouldn't play chess against a better player for money would you? No way, you'd be crazy. But this happens all the time in poker because you can get lucky and win. If you learn to accept this, you're on your way to being a winning player.

Don't get me wrong, it's super hard, and no one is ever 100% perfect at doing it. But just like any other skill set, you can improve it with time and practice (and patience :D).

Good luck!
