Knowing this is a clear call OTR in theory.. I mean I was also about to call up to 2/3-3/4.
But vs this size, I started to think that okay our hand really looks like Ax, we have really many of them in this line. He doesnt make any poor plays so far - so he probably is not a rec.. so that there is a higher chance that he knows that we arrived with a ton of Ax which is a clear bluffcatch for most guys. That said, I think its more likely that he wanna get max value from our current holding than he is bluffing and trying to get us off an Ace.

Or is to all just too assumptive? (and we should just call, bc pot size bet doesnt mean he is substantially underbluffed on this board)
