Calling squeezes? What ranges do you use?

SB: $2.22
BB: $2.00
UTG: $3.24

HJ is 23/15 60% fold to PF 3bet over 363 Hands. SB is 19/11 over 84 hands. BB is 21/19 with 3B of 11 over 314 hands.

Could 3bet here, and in retrospect, this was probably a better play, as there was no evidence of weaker players in the blinds. Nit in SB will most likely not come along. My confusion is how to develop calling/4bet/folding ranges here, when getting squeezed.

My question here is, how do you develop a calling range in this sort of spot, when facing a squeeze. A 4 bet range? Or was the problem here playing this as call initially, and not a 3bet. Am I missing something entirely?
