sometimes in table is sit on left hand on fish,but two aggro players are on blinds

Fish is so big than i dont wanna leave table.

What range i have for flat if vs fish open from CO(HJ if some player are betwen me an fish)and i m on BTN.

flat hand from 3bet value range give into flat range(for trap squezze happy blinds)

and what hand you just fold from your flat list?
