call river with top pair?

2 folds, Hero raises to $1.00, SB folds, UTG calls $0.50

villian is a lag player. he call raise a lot with junk hand.

UTG checks, Hero bets $1.05, UTG raises to $5.80, Hero calls $3.70

when i get r , i feel villian had straigh,set or 2 pair. how about TJ,9J, or Axss( will the normal player raise this hand)?

Turn ($12.40) T 8 9 3

UTG bets $6.30, Hero calls $6.30

if i don't have a flush draw here. should i just fold? or call because he still have pair + straigh draw?

River ($25.00) T 8 9 3 K

UTG bets $23.70, Hero calls $12.85

should i call here? i can beat AT,JT,Axss but not straigh,set or 2 pair.
and what kind of hand i can call here? how about KT?
