"i did t understand why on a scary card he should bet so big"

Because he just loves money so much and he knew you would call.

"what would u do in this spot ?"

Fold

xD

Yeah, I feel myself a little bit bad.
I do not want to make a joke about it.

But you can really have "AA 7xs 33" and he doesn't care that too much.
And that bluff is also not common on NL25.

As a rule of thumb, overbets at micro are for value 90%+ of the time.
Oh, and what's with the turn XR? Just fold.

I dont really understand your turn bluff. In thus BB vs CO range vs range situation you have little to no value hands to pull off a x/r, especially w/ AT type of hand. 7x, 33 and 22 are scarce and you probably can make money just putting them into your x/c range because of how weak it is.
This range disadvantage should determine your overall strategy, and thus of course calling river is a big mistake.

my face expression when I saw the turn raise would make a pretty funny gif imo.

Fwiw I appreciate the idea, villain should be folding plenty and god knows I'd be rich if I didnt do these things. Your sizing is too huge though.

That said,

in theory, you shouldnt have a xR range on this board because villain has a fairly significant range advantage: you have slightly fewer 7x and he has all the strong overpairs. You're floating ATo oop, so you need to xC 7x to protect your calling down range.

In pracice, you're bluffing an unknown with zero eq vs most of his calling range.

Try not to make life difficult for yourself by playing pots like this when you are out of position.

At the micro's just try to make things easy on yourself and try to avoid difficult spots, this wasnt the best board to pull off this type of move given the action.

A couple of things to take away from the hand, look at the villains stack size. Unless he is a fish on a heater this is most likely a very competent and good player. Given the action why would his river over bet be a bluff? I think his most likely holdings are very nutty like AA, 7x, 33.

Id probably fold a 7 in that spot, but maybe i'm just a dirty nit.

but hey, it worked out. I do agree though, with the thought process, how could he ever think i would call this bet? I call.

but in this particular spot, he could think you would call with any 7, and play and any full house like that for max value.
