Call, Fold, or Shove Flop raise?

UTG: $6.79
MP: $5.65
CO: $5.57

Preflop ($0.07) Hero is BN with A K

UTG raises to $0.10, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, 2 folds, UTG calls $0.30

Flop ($0.87) K 9 5

UTG checks, Hero bets $0.44, UTG raises to $1.30, Hero calls $0.86

Turn ($3.47) K 9 5 5

UTG bets $1.75, Hero calls $1.75

River ($6.97) K 9 5 5 7

UTG bets $3.34 and is all in

Maybe this is the easiest spot, but trying to clear my mind on this situations.

Based on SPR , if we call his raise on flop we suppose to call all the way?
If yes then should we decide to Shove or fold his raise?
