Button overpair vs BB checkraise

BN: $400 (Hero)
SB: $390
BB: $406
UTG: $126
HJ: $409.10
CO: $140
Villain is a 21/18 reg with a 9% 3bet and only a 4% flop checkraise over 900 hands.
Preflop ($6.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q Q
UTG folds, HJ folds, Hero raises to $8, SB folds, BB calls $4
Flop ($18.00) 4 9 5 (3 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $14, BB raises to $40, Hero calls $26
Standard.
Turn ($98.00) J (3 Players)
BB bets $76, Hero calls $76
I feel I have to call the turn here. I'm by no means at the top of my range but feel exploitable if I'm folding overpairs to a turn barrel in a BUT vs BB pot. I'm curious if I should be folding this spot if there wasn't a flush draw present though?
River ($250.00) 3 (3 Players)
Hero folds
Villain jams for $276 effective into the $250 pot.

67 now gets there and the only reasonable flop checkraising hands I beat are missed spades so i fold.

Final Pot
BB wins $529

Thoughts on any street appreciated!
