Villain was 27/21 3-Bet: 5 after 160 hands. After he checks flop and turn I was assuming his range is capped and he propably gives up. When he called I was not sure but I guess it should be a 2nd barrel? If yes what is your sizing here on turn and river? Thanks.

Preflop this might be a little bit too loose to call with rake and you might want to consider 3B or folding.
Flop I think you should either call or raise bigger, he can comfortably float quite wide against this sizing although exploitatively it might be good because villain probably isn't going to float QsJs here.
Turn is fine, could maybe go a bit bigger because we're targeting Tx for folds now so we need to really put the pressure on.
River I think you should give up with this combination, you're going to want to bluff some missed diamonds but we really don't want the ace of diamonds in our hand because it blocks them from having the NFD which they would call-call-fold as other flush draws will often just be call-fold OOP so blocking other flushes is not as important. We also block 6d5d for the combo draw and we have a tiny bit of showdown value if villain got sticky with a flush draw.
