break-even 5nl stats check

HI i started playing poker recently and moved to 5nl after beating 2nl for about 7bb/100 9 tabling in my last 50k hands. 5nl seemed exactly the same and i feel like i am improving but my graph is flatlining. I know I have hundreds of leaks in my game but I dont know where to start to gain ev. I've recently found the fold button and my WTSD is at around 26/27 in recent sessions but my results are just as bad. 5nl should be easily beatable with the amount of time I have put into the game but I feel so useless grinding away for 1bb/100 (small sample i know).

I play on party fast forward without a hud and i do well vs the weak regs who fold 80%+ to 3 bets but i think i might be missing value vs fish with range bets even with the nuts on lots of boards.

I also feel hopeless on ace +broadway boards as PFR and have no idea how to handle middling boards when flatted by button or cutoff (range check) any video suggestions?

All help is greatly appreciated on stats or otherwise.

Cheers from a struggling grinder

Your stats all seem pretty solid to me. The only two things I could pick up were that your 3b stat is pretty low, and that your c-bet stats could also do with some adjusting. I think at these stakes, given the rake, you want to be playing a lot more 3b/fold from MP/CO/BTN, and you 3b% for these positions seems pretty low. That being said, similar to what you're experiencing, a lot of us have trouble playing post flop vs and IP cold caller. So vs bad players who open from EP, flatting IP with hands that value implied odds can work well. In general, I think you need to be very selective with c-betting from OOP, and if you're using a range-bet/ 1/3 c-bet strategy frequently, you even need to be a bit more cautious with which boards you use this strategy on. In general, being OOP also results in you wanting to put less money in the pot, so I'd try and focus on spots where it might be better to check OOP.

One more thing you might want to look at (and I'm not 100% certain about this) is how often you fold to 3b after opening from LP. I being on the BTN, we'd be incentivised to play in more pots even after being 3b, and your 2bet PF and fold on the BTN looks a bit high.

Hope that helps!
