bottom set facing check raise on flop.

SB: $8.50
BB: $8.57
UTG: $12.19
MP: $25.87
CO: $11.27
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BN with 3 3
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.20, SB raises to $0.30, BB calls $0.20, Hero calls $0.10
Flop ($0.90) K Q 3
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $0.50, SB folds, BB raises to $1.00, Hero calls $0.50
Turn ($2.90) K Q 3 T
BB bets $2.00, Hero raises to $9.74 and is all in, BB calls $5.27 and is all in
River ($19.91) K Q 3 T 7

Line check villian was passive 29/13 1.8 af and 2.8% 3bet. Should i just stack off on flop?

Close but I think we can stack off OTF.
Passive players may have set over set here but I think it's also reasonable to give him all KQ.
Vs QQ+,KQs,KQo we have around 51%.
If he doesnt have all sets (his 3B is 2.8 which is pretty nitty but shows he would 3bet at least some preflop) it just gets better for us....
One thing is certain, there is no FE.

disagree that there is no FE, this could be inforaise from a rec...they do weird stuff a lot

IMO, vs that particular range there is not much FE to be had and why would we want FE from KQ anyways.
But yes this certainly can be an info raise from a wider range.

A non shove flop 3B could also be good being that he is passive and would probably call a raise with the hands he X/R for information but would fold to a shove.
