Bluffing an aggro fish?!

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (7 Players) MP: $16.73
CO: $57.29
BN: $25.00
SB: $35.00
BB: $25.00 (Hero)
UTG: $25.64
UTG+1: $20.55
So far 67/17 but saw him donking all streets with smaller sizing with total air multiple times
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is BB with 9 J
2 folds, MP calls $0.25, CO folds, BN raises to $0.90, SB calls $0.80, Hero calls $0.65, MP calls $0.65
Flop ($3.60) 5 6 Q
SB checks, Hero checks, MP bets $1.00, BN folds, SB folds, Hero raises to $3.00, MP calls $2.00
knowing his range might be wider and more bluff-heavy, can we justify raising here?
Turn ($9.60) 5 6 Q 8
Hero bets $5.00, MP raises to $12.83 and is all in, Hero calls $7.83
Having this kind of weird SPR, I think I should either raise bigger or smaller OTF. Should I go 1/4-1/3 and fold to a raise? I dont see any fold equity with that sizing.. so maybe jamming here? But again this is the type of guy against whom we are gaining money by bluffcatching and value betting.. so this one goes against that principle..

So my 3 possible approaches:

  1. Just minraise flop and put his wide range under the pressure. Bet/fold the turn with 1/2 or so.
  2. Raise slightly bigger OTF so that the SPR OTT is around 1. Shove this turn (dont really like this one)
  3. Just fold the flop.

Which one should I prefer the most and why?
