Bluffing a missed flush/straight

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) MP: $16.79
CO: $12.08 (Hero)
BN: $8.96
SB: $15.91
BB: $10.00
UTG: $16.28
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is CO with 9 T
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, BN calls $0.30, SB raises to $1.30, BB folds, Hero calls $1.00, BN folds
Villain is a 42/11 with a 3bet of 7. Since I'm in position I think it's not a bad idea to call when his 3bet is slightly higher
Flop ($3.00) A K Q
SB bets $1.43, Hero calls $1.43
I think i have just about enough equity to call here
Turn ($5.86) A K Q 5
SB bets $2.00, Hero calls $2.00
Easy call with these pot odds
River ($9.86) A K Q 5 4
SB checks, Hero bets $7.35 and is all in, SB calls $7.35
Since he bet small and checks on river I assume he has a middle pair or something so I decide to bluff
Final Pot CO lost and shows high card Ace.
SB wins and shows a pair of Queens.
SB wins $23.56
Rake is $1.00

It can't be too bad, but when loose passive players 3bet it's very hard for them not to have a hand on this board. And when all draws miss, that player type does not like to fold. So I wouldn't blame you for giving up, but jam is fine too.
