I know it's NL2 but still, is river a bluff? I mean i block K high flush and nut straight. On the flop when he does not cbet he does not have a 9. So on the river he has like 8x, Tx and lots of draws. Sets and flushes out of his range because he didn't Cbet the flop. 9x as well.
