BLUFF RAISING on the river with AA at NL5?!

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (4 Players) BB: $5.00 (Hero)
CO: $6.89
BN: $10.62
SB: $5.58
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is BB with A A
2 folds, SB raises to $0.13, Hero raises to $0.40, SB calls $0.27
Flop ($0.80) 9 8 7
SB checks, Hero checks
I used to cbet 1/3 with my whole range on most runouts. However, I think that this is one of the worst ones.. can we check literally 100%?
If we decided to play some bets this hand is a good candidate for a bet compared with TT,JJ,T9s,J9s. However, we do hold Ac which is much better, maybe without a club I would cbet..
Turn ($0.80) 9 8 7 Q
SB bets $0.40, Hero calls $0.40
hmm what about raising here smaller and x/back most rivers? Just to avoid a river bet against his strong range and protect ourselves vs his draws. He can not really 3bet us unless he has a strong flush. Most of his bluffs are equity driven so raising is probably not a disaster, but I mean pretty small - as well as I would do with nut flushes (maybe)...
River ($1.60) 9 8 7 Q K
SB bets $0.80, Hero raises to $2.65
The main reason why I was thinking about pulling the trigger was his sizing. I mean its rather linear which seems a bit weak on this board.. Really like the fact that we hold Ac. Yeah he can have some flushes, but most players would bet bigger with them at least on the turn. So it really looks like a thin value bet from a twopair/set/straight.. I did some equilab work and if he is betting with 2pair+ on the river which is 42 combos and his bluffing range is contained from 10 combos (11 less than optimal). Then we need to fold out all two pairs - including KQ which I think its maybe a bit optimistic? AcKx, AcQx are maybe better candidates since they do block the KQ region.

Hey guys,

This hand was really amazing, because on the flop I wouldnt believe that I might be ever turning this hand into a bluff..

Actually I think I could raise bigger on the river.. I really have either nut flush here or AcXx type of hand.. maybe JxJc,TxTc.. which kind of sucks actually bc then I might be overbluffing.,. However, with bigger sizing I like much more to have AcAx than AcKx or AcQx, because then we are also targeting KQ.
So what I would do differently next time - cbet flop 3/4; considering a small turn raise; raise bigger on the river, maybe even AI
On the other hand it may looks more bluffy - using bigger sizing OTR, esp. AI, dont you think so?

V: pretty unknown, since the tables are incognito.
