Bluff on the River

Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (6 Players) BB: $1.14
UTG: $4.38 (Hero)
MP: $0.90
CO: $2.63
BN: $3.15
SB: $2.04
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is UTG with A Q
Hero raises to $0.05, MP folds, CO calls $0.05, BN folds, SB raises to $0.18, BB folds, Hero calls $0.13, CO calls $0.13
Flop ($0.56) T J 6
SB bets $0.27, Hero calls $0.27, CO folds
Turn ($1.10) T J 6 4
SB checks, Hero checks
River ($1.10) T J 6 4 5
SB bets $0.53, Hero

Villain is a 41/18, AF 1.5, 3B 9. Have seen him 3bet with TT before and calling raises from the SB with AJo, AQo, QJo, so i decided to defend with AQo Preflop and with my gutshot + Overs on the Flop. On the Turn i happily took the Freecard and when the hearts-flush came in and i had the Ah I thought a Bluff on the river would be a nice idea if he checks again. But he didn't check. Instead he bet ~50% pot. Pot was $1.63 and he had behind $1.06 behind.

Question 1: Was my idea to bluff if he had checked a good one, and if yes, what size would you do it with? If Iput him AI here, he gets 1.7:1.

Question 2: As the hand continued, makes a bluff, that puts him AI, still sense or is it nonsense and I should i fold? If I put him AI, he gets 3:1.

Question 3: As the hand continued, how big should his stack have been, that the bluff makes sense?

Thx already now for your answers.

I still wouldn't defend this hand since his tendencies don't show he is over 3betting. 3betting TT is normal, and calling raises from sb with AJ/AQ/AJ just tells you he is not playing optimally calling too wide and probably 3betting even less. Unless you know specific positions with hands like he 3bets AQo vs UTG, your call is still probably 0 to -ev. As play you should be betting turn and river with some combos of AQ otherwise you don't have any bluffs here and too much value, but not every combo or else its too much - so something like and Ah/Qx combo or AQcc/ss seems balanced. As for sizing, play it exactly the same as if you had JJ/TT here.

Preflop defence seems fine to me, the squeeze size is small enough.

Flop may just be a fold right away, villain cbets into two players and we still have one player left to act. Seems fairly close tho and nut equity gets better multiway.

As played you could bet the turn. On the river bluff shove seems quite alright to me. Villains line is not all that strong and we have the best bluff blocker.

preflop is mix between 4bet and call, mainly 4bet I think. 1/2 pot OTF is close to fold. Should probably be betting OTT, have no showdown really and some equity. River bet needs to be more polar (larger) you're betting a lot of value OTT like Jx so we dont have any hands that are betting 1/2 pot OTR really.

I don't like the call pre, and opt to 4bet this combo mostly. As played the flop call is fine, you have to be betting this turn and prepared to be betting river too.

I would not call pre, is range is strong as you said and CO could call/call
OTF, in my opinion SB can bet all is TP+ and i put is bluffs on AQ, KQ and AK, so is range is pretty strong vs our AQ. I would consider a Fold here given that CO is in position and can call a lot here including hands that beat us.
