Is it ok to bluff-catch here AKo?
If it is, how should I adjust my game-plan against opponent who value-betting with unpolarized range here?

hhhhmm evey PP/ 1 pair hand is a boat, I would pass without some strong reads.
What range do you put him on for coldcalling your 3bet from the BB? basically 88-JJ/QQ or AKs/AQs. I think he showsdown his AK/AQ so that leaves boats that are going for thin value vs your A high hands(which your hand looks exactly like, because you're cbetting all your overpairs in this spot I think)
Fold R - people underbluff in these spots.
I dont need to put him on much. I just go with my population read (people at these stakes wont bluff enough) and fold it.
My read could be wrong so its best if you do research to formulate your own population read in this spot.
