Hand from Zoom table. Villain is 21/18 over 100 hands. 4.8% 3bet (all 3bets from blinds, hasn't 3bet IP once) agg% by street 40/22/60 and other stats indicate he's a pretty bad TAG.
3bet pf seems standard? Bet sizing on flop bad/good/meh?
Thanks for any input..

Those NL16 bet sizes are super confusing to me but I think you can go a bit bigger pre (around 3) :D
Flop sizing is okay imo, flop is pretty dry.
On the river I think you have an easy fold. JJ/77/55/KJs are all in his range. He barely has any bluffs anyways (maybe T9s) or he would have to turn a hand like 88 into a bluff which is highly unlikely. He's not gonna mess with you a lot if he's a bad reg. Also it's 3way to the flop which should make him play more honestly (in theory).
River is an easy fold. The turn is close. I would probably fold because this sizing is almost always value and he can't have that many bluffs + he's also never valubetting worse on this turn as the K should hit your range.
What about to bet the turn?
Betting turn probably the worst option. I agree with knoxox that x/f is probably best... but when he makes it this small I'd be tempted to call once
I would go a little bigger pre and XF this turn. His range is pretty strong and the fact that he hasn't 3b IP so far doesn't help you either.
As played, it's a turbo muck otr.
