Hello. This is one of the Biggest leaks i know I have and trying my best to get better with it but i know i struggle with it which is playing hands from the Blinds. A little history in this up coming hand i have posted below.

UTG raiser is a Nit. 10/8 over 250ish hands. Button 3 bets. Tag player playing 22/19 over 250ish hands with a 3 bet% of 19. Should I be folding this hand? Squeezing? Jaming the flop or turn? I honestly am almost clueless when coming into these situations and need to work on it i know.

The UTG should be the great reason to fold if he's not folding QQ, AK to 3bet and open 4bet from you then he's not folding enough for us to try take the pot down with AQ. Unless BTN has a grey matter deficit he sould be aware of that and not 3bet like he can't find fold/call buttons.

Don't cold call 3bets OOP with hands like this which is a
perfect answer to why you shouldn't: you will find yourself in a ton of
marginal spots when you will hate your life. That's one problem. The
other being the fact that your cold calling range is probably so narrow
(AQ, TT-JJ I suppose) that decent reg will play close to perfect against
you. IMHO you can't really cc3b profitably but with KK+. But then again
someone will pick up on that. So why bother?

If UTG wasn't a nit. BTN has a huge 3bet, we've got a beatiful blocker hand just 4bet him and go from there, study his 4b/5b stats and decide how light can you stack off.

When a nit raises utg then a seemingly decent TAG 3 bets him, I am folding AQ every time. I think it's even a little too ambitious to go for a 4bet bluff. It would be different if it was btn raise, sb 3bet or co raise btn 3bet, but in this situation I think you will usually be dominated by both of their ranges.
