Big draw facing flop C/R.

BN: $50 (Hero)
SB: $45.37
BB: $61.87
UTG: $15.75
HJ: $55.94
CO: $34.18
Preflop ($0.75) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 7 A
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, Hero raises to $1.31, SB folds, BB calls $0.81
Flop ($2.87) T J Q (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $2.15, BB raises to $6.99

In these spots, I always feel like I should be maximising my fold equity and shoving. But im sure there are arguments for calling?

I feel like if I call and the turn rolls of K or a club, he shuts down with all his hands that he continues vs my shove with. And there is still a possibility he might fold vs a range of:

TT,QJs,JTs,QJo,JTo

I have 41% equity.

Jam or call?
