Big bluff deep, river sizing?

BN: $5241.49 (Hero)
SB: $505
BB: $1970.89
UTG: $3407.09
HJ: $1136.82
CO: $1067.17
Very good and very aggro reg who doesn't like to fold
Preflop ($15.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q A
UTG raises to $30, HJ folds, CO folds, Hero calls $30, SB folds, BB folds
Flop ($75.00) T 2 6 (2 Players)
UTG bets $55.44, Hero raises to $187.11, UTG calls $131.67
He barrels a ton, so against this guy I'm not too interested and calling the flop.
Blocking QQ/AA and having my backdoor draws and blocker, it seems like a good bluffraise.
I can rep all the sets, and I want to punish him for betting these boards
Turn ($449.22) T 2 6 J (2 Players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $360, UTG calls $360
I don't think he's betting JT very often on the flop, and I gained some equity.
Being this deep, I should be able to put a ton of pressure on him, and get some hero folds from hands like KK.
River ($1169.22) T 2 6 J 9 (2 Players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $1166.22

I'm at the bottom of my range and Villian doesn't have a flush very often.
Not sure about my bet sizing. I'm not bluffing here very often, so should I bet 550 here?

He might hero this because I'm only repping flushes, whereas I can rep a set with a half pot bet.
