Just recently purchased elite and have watched a couple of Sauce videos. He has by far the most interesting betsizing of any NLHE player that I've watched on video. But I'm curious why he does a lot of it. He seems to just about never bet > 1/2 pot as a c-bet. But I'm most curious about over betting...

He likes overbetting combodraws like I watched a video where he had AQcc on 47KT with 2 clubs where he overbet and said as it's unlikely the bb has 2p or better, it's a good spot to overbet and mix in value hands. Then the next video I watched he opened sb w/33, bb calls, flop is 37T he bets and gets called. Turn is an Ace. He checks because bb has a very small fold to cb. However, I'm wondering if this is a great spot to overbet. I imagine the hands that you could overbet would look something like this:

Value: 33/TT/AA/77/AT/A7
Combodraw: KQ/J9/J8/89/69/68/QJ/KJ (all with a fd)

Thoughts? I'm asking about this specifically but would love any kind of betsizing discussion to come of it. Or any links to good betsizing material.
