BBvsBTN Turn plan after explo x/raising a dry flop

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (9 Players) MP+2: $10.00
CO: $6.11
BN: $10.00
SB: $1.88
BB: $10.00 (Hero)
UTG: $21.19
UTG+1: $18.82
MP: $10.00
MP+1: $17.78
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BB with K 4
5 folds, BN raises to $0.30, SB folds, Hero calls $0.20
Flop ($0.65) Q 8 4
Hero checks, BN bets $0.33, Hero calls $0.33
Turn ($1.31) Q 8 4 2
Hero checks, BN bets $0.65, Hero calls $0.65
River ($2.61) Q 8 4 2 T
Hero checks, BN checks

Probably a standard hand.. turn was kinda close but blocking 4 and having a K, I think its much better to call. River is probably a fold to cbet since his JT,J9,T9 are now either paired or nutted. Against aggro guys can argue for calling though. At higher stakes its also a decent candidate for calling it off.

However, my main question is regarding our flop play with our range. I think this board its not the best for our range, but might be nice for check/raising exploitatively with backdoor FDs and gutters like JTo,J9o,T9o. But what if we get called and then the turn comes some blank card like this which does not interact really well with our flop bluffing range. Do we want to keep betting with offsuit gutters?
I would say naked hands should be just checked since our hotspot is OTF and continue with more equity driven bluffs like FDs. Our gutters have outs, but we have a ton of them, so we probably want to shut down the aggression with some of them in order to stay somewhat in line.

Soo whats your plan on a turn like this with our wide x/raise bluffing range OTF?:)
