BB Vs SB - enlighten me

Apologies for not using the RIO hand history conversion, it appears I am a massive fish in this department. When I post the hand in section 1 it accepts, then section two comes up and just shows me a 0. no clue how to proceed.

But anyway, I would rather the thread discussion be directed toward the Hand in question please :)

History:

Villain is a relatively LAG'y reg, we have some history with check/raises on the river, he has seen me bluff multiple times, and has played back at me in some similar spots.

Flop:

Sadly I am not very knowledgeable on his C/R flop range, other than generic assumptions, though he tends to delay till the turn to C/R OOP in most situations, and has done with a very wide range in some situations.

Though I am clearly never folding given the strength of my hand and my equity share.

Turn:

I don't feel like I can fold the Turn as I am strongly paired and have outs to the nut flush. However I am aware that the Kx turn is a relatively unfavourable card for villain to barrel on, thus making his range appear stronger. However, this guy has a propensity to not give up/shutdown. Though I block a portion of his bluffing range, so I am also open to discussion in terms of my Turn decisions.

River:

His range is inherently stronger and I am clearly capped to pair+flushes, 99/K9.
Whereas he has the nuts well in his range, however I am suspicious to say the least of the idea that he would be C/R the flop with AA, KK or AK.

When he checked the river I was unsure of what to bet, as I just felt the C/R coming before I even click the button. This feeling swayed my decision to bet on the large side in order to polarise my range and discourage bluffs. Really uncomfortable in my thought process in regards to every aspect on the river.
