BB vs CO 3BP on T97s Cbet strategy - sizing and frequency

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) MP: $10.92
CO: $26.43
BN: $10.00
SB: $10.35
BB: $10.35 (Hero)
UTG: $10.25
CO tag
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BB with Q A
2 folds, CO raises to $0.30, 2 folds, Hero raises to $1.20, CO calls $0.90
Flop ($2.45) 7 9 T
Hero bets $0.77, CO raises to $3.48, Hero folds

In that spot I have around 50% of equity.

Board: Ts9h7h

Range 1: AA-TT,AKo-AQo,AKs-ATs,A5s-A4s,KQs-KJs,QJs,JTs
Range 2: JJ-22,AKo-AQo,AQs-A9s,KQs-KTs,QJs-QTs,JTs,T9s,98s,87s,76s,65s

Equity 1: 49.780% Win 1: 47.420% Tie 1: 4.720%
Equity 2: 50.220% Win 2: 47.860% Tie 2: 4.720%

-OOP, shouldn't we cbet less frequently?
-And when we do, a big sizing is it desirable?

And finallely if you have some extra time be free to share your cbet strategy in that spot with your whole range.

Thanks guys :)

Depends on ranges but mostly using a mixed 3bet strategy in the BB vs BTN so range will be quite a bit wider than the one you put in. This board is pretty good for IP so wouldn't be cbetting a lot and prefer a larger sizing with a polarised range and also having a x/r range with some stronger hands and combo draws. Would be interested to hear what others think though

Yes you should use a bigger sizing since the board is extremely dynamic so you want to deny equity. I have PIO c-betting for like 66% sizing at 90% frequency if I give the option of 33, 50, 66 and 100%. It does x/f some hands with terrible equity like A5s without a backdoor.

This sizing also allows you to make it a 2 street game given the preflop sizings. If you c-bet for example flop and turn 3c, pio prefers the jam over a regular sizing. A hand like QQ/KK really benefits from this given that so many cards will hit IP on the river and this reduces your equity realization a lot. Obviously on a J turn you still have to check but I am sure you will realize with some PIO work quickly what turns are good to jam with what sort of hands :)

I often check all hands in those spots as OOP. The benefit of having a cbet range OOP in those spots are minimal.

Agreed with Kalupso and IMURMOMMY .
You will prevent a lot of headache by just checking range is these high dynamic boards.
And about XRaising aggresively, you must check villain's tendencies, but in general, yeah, your check-raise will be high enough to call it aggressive haha.
