Hello glorious RIO people! How could i have played this hand differently, and is it a bad stack off on this river or i'm just results oriented ? Thanks!

well played
i'd consider leading Flop vs passiv/cautious players
I think you're being result oriented. WP.
You have the 3rd nuts, and 99 doesnt even count (just one combo of that) so wp
I would just call the river, as nitty as that sounds. Him bet/calling anything other than AA is not guaranteed at all.
The argument "only AA beats you" is not really a valid one because villains line makes his range so narrow that 3 combos of AA is not a small deal.
Could be a shove tho, but I do think it's pretty close.
River you just call, always the best play if he has like 25 plus, but dont mind a shove for 10$ more if he has T9, A9, TT he is calling, and maybe with a flush.. Wp in this spot
